At Alex Furs, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase.
If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for an exchange only.
- Exchanges will be gladly accepted at Alex Furs within 30 days of receipt.
- All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition with original tags and original product packaging.
- Altered, special order, personalized and “final sale” items cannot be returned.
- Price adjustments may be made within 10 days of the purchase date for regular price merchandise.
- Alex Furs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
