- Exchanges will be gladly accepted at Alex Furs within 30 days of receipt.
- All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and in sellable condition with original tags and original product packaging.
- Altered, special order, perishable, personalized and “final sale” items cannot be returned.
- Price adjustments may be made within 10 days of the purchase date for regular price merchandise.
